CNM Joint Register

Applications are invited for the position of: CNM 2, Joint Register (Part-Time 0.48 WTE - 18hrs per week | Permanent)

Exciting opportunity to join the Joint Register nursing team in the National Orthopaedic Hospital. This role involves clinical assessment of patients and the management of the national dataset to improve the patient experience and outcomes.

Interested candidates should:

• Be registered in the general division of the live register of Nurses kept by the Nursing Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Have a minimum of five years post registration nursing experience in an acute hospital, of which two years must be in an orthopaedic setting, within the last three years.
• Hold a recognised management qualification or commit to undertaking same.
• Have obtained or be willing to undertake a course in Referral of Medical Ionisation Radiation.
• Relevant experience in computer skills including experience of clinical databases.
• Candidates must demonstrate continuous professional development

Desirable:

• Have obtained a recognised level 8/9 in the speciality of Orthopaedic Nursing.
