CNM Patient Flow

The post holder will lead a team of of patient Flow Coordinators who will facilitate the flow of paitents through the Hospital.

In conjunction with all the members of the multidisciplinary team, the post holder will be required to manage the admission/transfer of all patients within the hospital and facilitate early discharge. The post holder is a member of a team whose responsibility is to ensure efficient use of beds within the hospital, which will require, in a proactive way the ability to balance demand for an acceptable level of clinical activity with a fluctuating emergency admission rate.
