CNM2(PIC)/SCL

Location- Residential Services / St Annes Centre, Roscrea

Specified Purpose Contract (37.5HPW) Maternity Leave

Salary scale- (CNM2 /Social Care Leader - Scale)

Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience, if applicable

Essential:

• Hold a recognised 3rd Level qualification in a health/social care division (The Social Care award must be considered eligible for CORU registration).

• Have up todate NMBI Registration – (RNID Desirable).

• Possess a Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent.

• Full clean manual driving licence.

Desirable:

• Be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate effective leadership and managerial skills, and the capacity to manage change.

• Have a detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007, and have the ability to maintain the high level set post initial registration visit by HIQA.

• Have a minimum of two years experience in a Management or Supervisory Role in the area of intellectual disability.
