Full-time (36 hours per week)

You will be required to work 36 hours per week between the business hours of the campus as set out below. Part time workers will work agreed hours within the below opening times.
Business Hours - Term Time
  • From 8.30am to 7.00pm Monday to Thursday, and
  • From 8.30am to 4.00pm Friday, and, subject to the requirements of the campus.
Business Hours - Non-Term Time
  • Core Business hours from 8.30am to 4.00pm (36 hour working week to be completed between 8.00am and 6.00pm)
Part time hours are also available. Your working pattern within the parameters set out above will be determined by line management.

The post holder may be required to work in any of the College’s buildings as necessary.

Job Purpose: The College Administrator (Support Team) will be required to provide administrative support and efficient and effective student services to track student journey from recruitment to exit.
