Meet the team

The RTÉ Commercial team are responsible for delivering sustainable and growing revenues across the breadth of RTÉ current and future platforms and products. 

We are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Coordinator to join the team as we deliver innovative solutions for our commercial partners. 

Reporting to the Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of commercial partnerships and commercial initiatives – from ideation through to execution and post-campaign analysis.

About the role

This dynamic role requires strong organisational and strategic project management skills, involving the successful delivery of campaigns and commercial activities across TV, Audio, Digital, and Print.Success in this role hinges on the ability to work fluidly across teams, both internal and external, as you support the Partnerships and wider RTÉ Media Sales team on commercial activity. You will be skilled in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales, editorial, digital, production and technical teams, as well as external partners.

About you

  • A strong understanding of the advertising market and of both broadcast and digital media 

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully working with agencies and clients and providing exceptional client service

  • A proven track record in working on media campaigns and partnerships from ideation, through to execution and post-campaign analysis 

  • Experience in working with editorial, programming, digital and technical teams within a media organisation 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Ability to work within a busy and dynamic team 

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills 

  • Time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time

The salary scale for this grade is from €33,392 to €45,017.
