Join us as a Commercial Proposition Delivery Manager

The successful will play their part in developing a winning commercial organization that delivers our company goals and sustained performance.

At its heart is the development and delivery of tactical Propositions into the market, receiving a visionary hand off from the Segments team and creating a working functional specification.

This person will be accountable for:

  • Bringing new propositions to market on time and in budget
  • Ownership and ongoing management of the change request pipeline and its prioritisation
  • CX of the end to end proposition process.

What else it involves

  • To direct on the execution of all new tactical propositions, working with the wider go to market functions across the business. Ensuring the successful deployment and launch of activity relating to new propositions. Work collectively to ensure all necessary areas are engaged.
  • Support members of the Consumer team on regulatory projects, ensuring that changes fit within overall Consumer plan.
  • You will deliver functional definition and business rules for tactical propositions. Lead interface into the Tech & Ops, GTM & Planning teams.
  • Feasibility assessment in collaboration with IT.
  • Point of contact for technical queries and proposition support.
  • Ensure end to end test plans are robust and delivered against.
  • Update reference tables to ensure that propositions can be reported on correctly.
  • Work closely with GTM across marketing and channels to ensure we produce best in class GTM plans aligned with the expectations for the particular product or proposition
  • Launch and manage the proposition at launch before handing over to an in-life team.
  • Design the customer journey for any proposition enhancements /amends.
  • Develop the Business Requirements Specification (BRS) for anything requiring IT development, including capability enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of the fulfilment mechanics in each channel to ensure an optimum customer experience.
  • Working with the offshore 'Back Office Development' team to develop slick processes when technical capability is not possible.
  • Work with 'Impact Measurement' team to ensure that the right reporting requirements are in place.

The skills we’re looking for

  • Excellent programme / project management skills, with a significant track record in all aspects of project management and implementation.
  • Outstanding relationship management skills with an ability and willingness to work with, manage and influence, people at all levels across the organization.
  • Solid experience in go to market, being the interface between the business and IT and launching new products and propositions
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to convert strategy into operational execution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills are essential with evidence of a proactive approach and creditable outcomes.
  • Proven management experience within a similar product or proposition role.
  • Impressive communication skills with a keen ability to facilitate, negotiate and resolve conflict.
  • Drives for results, has a record of success in achieving goals. Highly motivated, committed, energetic about the achievement of priorities.
  • Team Working - able to build good relationships with all levels in the organization. Works towards achievement of team goals. Adapts personal style to work in various teams.
  • Customer Focus - takes personal responsibility for meeting/exceeding customer expectations and delivers on promises.
