COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR (3 – 7 years PQE)
Wilson Nesbitt is recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with 3 – 7 years PQE to join its Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team in Belfast.

ROLE
The successful applicant will report directly to the partners who head the commercial property team. This award winning Chambers and Legal 500 ranked team advises on real estate development, investment and finance transactions across Northern Ireland and England and Wales. It also advises on landlord and tenant, construction, licensing, planning and environmental matters. The role involves a high degree of commerciality and will involve running your own transactions and supporting on larger transaction to include:-

- advising banks on loan agreement and security related to real estate finance;
- advising housing associations on the acquisition of traditional, Design and Build and off the shelf schemes;
- advising developers on the grant of leases and disposal of developed schemes; and
- advising on the purchase and disposal of investment properties;
