Commercial Relationship Lead

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and advise our customers throughout their product/ financial needs journey.
• The role does not have direct people management responsibilities.
• Manage clients effectively in accordance with all policy requirements and best practice to ensure sustainable income and early identification of credit issues through intimate client knowledge.
• Drive sales activity to maximise new business via the development of both new and existing customer bases.
• Design and implement a business strategy or plan, to maximise opportunities within an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of new and existing customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum APA in Loans.
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Good credit and financial analysis skills.
• Full driving license as this role will require an expected domestic travel.
• Passion for working with customers and stakeholders to create win-win solutions.
• Proven success in consistently achieving targets or working to tight deadlines.

This is a permanent role based in the Louth
