Reporting directly to the Commercial Business Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our business systems and reporting needs. Collaborate within a talented, compact team to develop tailored reporting solutions for our commercial division.About the role
Support the Commercial Team’s Systems
Collaborate with RTÉ divisions where appropriate
Help establish and maintain reporting on key operational metrics across sales and delivery systems e.g. Landmark
Create appropriate visualization and reporting dashboards in Power Bi for business users to meet business needs
Continuous improvement on the existing business reporting as required
Provide recommendations and analytical support
Identify gaps in commercial reporting information and potential areas of improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to drive projects forward
Recommend new and appropriate analyses for the business
About you
Degree in computer science or equivalent
A meticulous approach to tasks, with a keen eye for precision and accuracy
Excellent communication, presentation & influencing skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Highly commercial, inquisitive self-starter
Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
•Experience in development technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server (query writing), Python
Experience in the use of Power Bi or equivalent for the creation of bespoke reporting systems
Analysis experience across multiple data channels
Numerate and strong attention to detail
Strong Excel and macro skills

This appointment will be made at the Administrative Grade 3 and is being offered on an ongoing full-time contract basis.
