Salary: €70k- €90k+ OTE (Base + Commission Structure)

Waterford City Ford is seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow our Ford Commercial Vehicle division.

As Ireland's leading commercial vehicle brand, Ford Motor Company delivers award-winning van and fleet solutions to sole traders, SMEs, and large fleet operators. Due to continued business growth, we are expanding our commercial team and offering a strong leadership opportunity within our dealership.

This is a senior, target-focused position responsible for driving commercial vehicle sales performance and leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the commercial vehicle sales department
• Drive retail and fleet sales of the full Ford Commercial Vehicle range
• Identify and secure new fleet and SME business opportunities
• Maintain and grow existing key accounts
• Implement structured prospecting and pipeline strategies
• Ensure outstanding customer experience standards
• Deliver on agreed monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor margins, stock control, and sales KPIs

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated automotive professional with:

• Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales; candidates with strong transferable sales and leadership experience from related industries will also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Strong IT literacy and CRM experience
• Commercial awareness and financial understanding
• Full clean driving licence
