Community Access Facilitator

Candidates must have, at the latest date for receipt of applications:

1. Professional Qualifications, Experience etc.

Minimum Level 5 Certificate in General Health and Social Care, QQI Level 5 or an equivalent Health Care qualification.

AND

At least one years’ experience in a mental health or similar health care setting working directly with health care clients.

AND

A working knowledge of the key concepts of mental health recovery.

Post Specific Requirements

Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in a mental health or similar health care setting working directly with health care clients as relevant to the role.
