Community Access Facilitator

1. Professional Qualifications, Experience etc

• Minimum Level 5 Certificate in General Health and Social Care, QQI (NFQ).

OR

Minimum Level 5 or an equivalent level in Health Care, Intellectual Disability or Special Needs Assisting qualification.

AND

• At least one years’ experience in an intellectual disability setting or similar health care setting working directly with health care clients.

NB: Please note that eligible applicants will be those who have achieved a major award in the above listed professional qualification.

Post Specific Requirements

Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience working with individuals with an intellectual disability in a service or community setting as relevant to the role.
