It’s My life provides an individual support service within Avista. The Its My Life team currently have an opening for a community connector. This is a wonderful opportunity to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families, in an individualised , community based, socially inclusive manner, in accordance with our core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, innovative best practice, and research.

PERMANENT, PART- TIME CONTRACT (10HPW)

Salary:€34,036 - €47,454(LSI)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

It’s My Life Individualised Supports, are recruiting a Community Connector in the Dublin 15 area. The successful applicant will work with supported persons, on an individual basis to explore new opportunities, make connections based on the person’s interests and support the person’s ability to self-direct their life.
