he post holder will be the Council’s Lead Officer regarding engagement with Communities and Stakeholders regarding appropriate legislation and policies as directed by the Head of Environmental Services and the Waste Business & Outreach Manager. Ensure at all times a customer-focused, efficient, safe and effective Service including managing the development of research, programmes and initiatives to promote and educate users and staff in sustainable waste practices throughout the Borough. Manage the development of Education Campaigns and Marketing materials.
The post holder will be expected to monitor and collect data relevant to the outcomes and targets of the service and monitor outputs in a way that supports the delivery of high-quality services that adopt best practice.
The post holder will be expected to assist with monitoring and collecting data relevant to the outcomes and targets of the service.
The post holder will be required to work collaboratively and proactively to foster and sustain effective relationships and partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including other officers, elected members, outside bodies and local citizens to advance the Corporate and Departmental agendas.
