Community Facilities Assistant

Multiple permanent vacancies currently exist within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-

Community Facilities Assistant
Scale 3, SCP 7-8, £27,274 - £27,709 per annum (pro rata)
Carrickfergus

Multiple posts are available with various weekly hours:
Minimum of 20 hours per week (x5 posts)
Minimum of 10 hours per week (x2 posts)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations: security (as keyholder), safety, servicing of bookings, cleanliness and general maintenance of the building and site assigned to.
• Comply with Council Policies, adhering to all health and safety requirements.
• Provide cover at other community centres across the Borough as service needs dictates.
