About the Role:
We are currently hiring Healthcare Assistants to join our Dublin 6 team. You will play a key role in supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities, and vulnerable people in their own homes. You'll be part of a dynamic and caring environment that values high standards and ongoing professional development.
You’ll report to the Client Service Manager and Supervisors, and work under the guidance of our Clinical Director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care: washing, dressing, toileting, continence care, mobility support
- Support daily living: light cooking, cleaning, and laundry as per the care plan
- Encourage social and community engagement
- Accompany clients to appointments when required
- Assist with shopping, prescription collection, and financial errands
- Keep accurate written daily care notes
- Identify and report any changes in the client’s health or home environment
- Report concerns related to safeguarding, abuse, or equipment
- Follow infection prevention and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with care supervisors and other professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- QQI Level 5 (FETAC) in Healthcare Support or related qualification (essential)
- 2+ years of experience in home care, a nursing home, or hospital
- Experience caring for the elderly or people with disabilities
- English proficiency at minimum B1 level
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and with professionalism
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred)
