Community Lead Post-natal Hub

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and set up Post Natal Hub for Coombe Hospital within the Administrative function; to include all aspects of clinic management, staff management and training along with patient engagement

• Setting up clinics linked to Post Natal Hub and all Clinics associated with the dept; to include, External, Naas, Daisy, Physio, Early Transfer Home, Community Clinics & Domino etc

• Cancelling clinics as required

• Oversight for timely scanning of documentation related to patient care both antenatally/postnatally.

• Rescheduling clinics and raising communication to patients

• Proactively manage and resolve issues or problems that may arise within the administrative function within Patients Services
