Job Purpose:
Community Root Cause combines Bryson Charitable Group’s scale, skills and experience to target geographic areas with high levels of multiple deprivation to work with Community Workers, individuals and families to maximise their potential, and that of their surrounding environment

Community Support Worker – Bryson Energy
(Ref: E/CSW/V/01)

Fixed Term Contract (Until 31.3.25)
25 hours per week
£12.60 Per Hour

Essential Criteria:

• NVQ Level 2/3 Childcare & Education equivalent qualification e.g. Classroom Assistant
• Minimum of 3 years paid experience in a childcare/ classroom assistant role (within the last 5 years)
• Experience of partnership and multi-agency / multi-disciplinary working within communities
• Experience of planning and facilitating groups/ programmes to benefit the local community
• Clean drivers’ licence, access to transport
• Proficient in I.T – Microsoft packages
