KNOW THE ROLE

• Lead day-to-day operation of the concession

• Deliver truly outstanding customer service and create an exceptional shopping experience

• Drive sales and achieve KPI targets

• Motivate, coach and develop the team

• Manage stock, merchandising and visual standards

• Complete daily administrative tasks, including rostering, ensuring adequate staffing levels, monitoring attendance, punctuality and holiday requests

• Ensure the concession is always maintained to the highest standards

• Actively communicate with your team, other stores and Senior Management

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience is a must

• A proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving and time-keeping skills

• A hands-on approach with a positive can-do attitude

• Ability to lead by example

• Flexibility to work weekends and retail trading hours is a must
