Conference & Banqueting Bartender

We are currently looking to hire a Conference & Banqueting Bartender for our team. The ideal candidate will have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service. The successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication and time keeping skills.

This role will be starting from June 2025!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing & serving a variety of drinks in a timely manner in a busy and pressurised environment
• Taking Drinks orders
• Ensuring all customers food & beverage needs are met
• Greeting customers in a friendly fashion and welcoming them to the bar
• Checking I.D. to ensure consumers are of a legal age to consume alcohol
• Remembering cocktail recipes and making Cocktails
• Processing payments

Requirements:

• Must be flexible and available to work late nights
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Some previous food & beverage experience is preferred.
• Must be focused on providing excellent customer service.
• Must have excellent communication and a good level of spoken English is required.
• Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance.
