Conference Supervisor

The 4*Bridge House Hotel Tullamore is one of Ireland’s most popular landmark hotels and is centrally located in the thriving midlands town of Tullamore at the heart of Ireland’s Ancient East.

The Bridge House Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a Conference Supervisor to join their existing team.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing set up and breakdown of conference events.
• Ensure all rooms are set up with the necessary conferencing equipment and assist with set up of AV
• Assist the chef with arrangements and the provision of lunches for lunch meetings
• To run the daily conference business for the hotel.
• To ensure correct setup of meeting rooms in line with requirements
• To meet all conference organisers and ensure that everything is running smoothly.
• To prepare and check bills
• To train new staff and existing staff where required.
• To maintain all health and safety records in accordance with hotel procedures and legislation.
• Ensure that all areas of the hotel are kept in a safe, clean and orderly manner
