Consultant Psychiatrist For Homeless Population And Social Inclusion

This is a Consultant Psychiatrist post for Cork Homeless Adult Integrated Service and Social Inclusion Service:

• Deliver an enhanced homeless psychiatry service to the Cork Adult Mental Health Services.
• This post serves to address the service needs of this catchment area, which has areas of significant deprivation.
• To assist service users across Social Inclusion Services access relevant agencies in community supports, so that they can achieve and sustain maximum re-integration in the community.
• To contribute to the improvement in Mental Health of the local population.
• Ensure liaison and integrated care pathway exists for individuals from Homeless and Social Inclusion populations and ensure integrated pathway exist between Emergency Departments, Emergency Departments and Homeless and Social Inclusion Psychiatry Team.
