Consumer & Legal Affairs Manager
The Consumer & Legal Affairs Manager plays a key strategic and operational role within SLGH. The postholder is responsible for overseeing a broad portfolio of consumer, legal, and information governance functions that support the hospital’s commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
This role provides leadership in the areas of complaints management, Freedom of Information (FOI), data protection (including GDPR), and legal affairs. The position requires strong organisational capability, sound judgement, and the ability to manage complex issues within defined statutory and policy timeframes.
