About the Role:

AIB Consumer Lending Propositions comprises of: Personal Loans, Personal F&L, Credit Cards & Overdrafts.

• The purpose of the role is to:
  • Design & develop market leading Consumer Lending Propositions
  • Understanding Customer needs, conducting market research and leveraging internal data analytics to inform the design of new propositions and evolution of existing propositions

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Design and develop ‘Customer First’ Consumer Lending Propositions – leading, directing and overseeing delivery to market.
• Understand our customers & marketplace – delivering key customer insights, to inform future opportunities for AIB Consumer Lending.
• Lead Strategic reviews which will inform strategic direction of Consumer Lending .
• Measure Performance including: a) delivery financial plan; b) market share; c) Customer NPS.
• Customer Communications: a) Customer contact campaigns; b) Website content management.
• The role will involve working both top down and bottom up – including feeding into QBR cycle, investment planning cycle & presentations for SMT.
• Collaborate with the customer facing teams, AIB Group and the broader Retail Bank and Digital teams to deliver for our customers, increase revenues, ensure we maintain the balance between risk and reward, and earn an appropriate return for our shareholders.
• Responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements and obligations (internal & external) are met incl. alignment to all relevant Policies.

• Customer & Supplier Focus – building strong customer relationships, develop and manage appropriate business relationships & third party suppliers
