About the role:

Provide Maintenance Administration support for CBRE team in Westport

  • Support the CBRE team in compiling data and generating information to help with informed decision making and the strive towards best Practice on CMMS
  • Actively promote programmes for CBRE to new and existing clients
  • Support the team in delivery including:
  • Preparation of Standard Health and Safety Documentation for service delivery.
  • Preparation of standard programme Execution Documentation
  • Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard. Examples of these are:
  • Maintaining contract KPI.
  • Driving and improving financial performance on the contracts
  • Department specific tasks including supporting CBRE team in meetings and preparation for meetings
  • Support Team with Monthly reports, Contract Review packs, etc
  • Assist the team achieve results within quality and time restraints.
  • Perform with an understanding of the CBRE team requirements and changes, thus ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Actively participate in a diverse and effective team.
  • Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly. Involve people and influence decisions.
  • Add value to contract through innovation e.g. improve CBRE process

About you

Education 

  • A minimum of a level 7 in Business/Finance Discipline
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering experience is desirable

Training 

  • Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook - intermediate to advance level.
  • 2 years relevant post graduate experience desirable but not essential.
  • Some financial / accounting experience would be an advantage.
