This role offer flexible, hybrid working, i.e. Two days remote per week with three days in Waterford office.

Expectations From The Role:

This is a key role which sits within the Managed Service Practice of eir business. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts from renewal to execution, review, and billing. Your primary goal will be to ensure all contracts are fulfilled on time and in compliance with legal requirements and company policies for all new business and renewals for all our Managed Service clients

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review contracts in collaboration with legal, sales, and operations teams

  • Ensure contract terms and conditions are favourable and compliant with company policies.

  • Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Serve as the point of contact for contractual matters and communicate contract statuses to stakeholders.

  • Maintain organized contract files and records.

  • Resolve contract-related issues and disputes promptly.

  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., legal, finance, sales operations, Service operations) to ensure contract terms align with business objectives.

  • Conduct contract audits and assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

  • Review, maintain, and coordinate monthly billing cycles across the Business Unit, working in conjunction with sales teams

  • Work with sales teams to coordinate the renewal of contracts across our ICT Contracts.

Requirements For A Successful Application:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred but not essential

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of contract terms, legal requirements

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
