Control Room Operative

Bondelivery specialise in the secure storage and transportation of goods to a wide variety of high profile customers throughout Ireland. We have the following permanent vacancy in our Nutts Corner Depot.

ROTATING 12 HOUR SHIFTS (48 HOURS PER WEEK) TO COVER 24-7 OPERATION

6:30AM TO 6:30PM DAYS AND 6:30PM TO 6:30AM NIGHTS

Essential skills for role:

Experience of working within a control room environment;

Possess good observation skills and ability to respond quickly and effectively to incidents/events;

Ability to remain calm under pressure and to act positively and quickly when required to do so;

Experience and knowledge of CCTV, monitoring equipment, access control and intruder detection systems;

Working knowledge of IT and computerised control room equipment;

Ability to communicate effectively and clearly;

Good English communication and listening skills

Ability to work flexible shift patterns/working hours and statutory holidays including Christmas, Boxing and New Year’s Days.

Desirable skills for role:

Previous experience working within a logistics environment;

A good working knowledge of Ireland;

Hold a valid SIA CCTV licence.
