Conveyancing And Probate Solicitor

O'Dowd Solicitors are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join their busy practice.

The position will be based in their Glanmire office.

Duties will include but are not limited to;

• all areas of residential conveyancing, submitting probate applications, estate administration and wills drafting, drafting and registering
• Enduring Powers of Attorney and preparing applications under the Assisted Decision Making legislation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• excellent communication skills,
• strong IT competency including experience with legal case management systems and Excel,
• be capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a team,
• have the ability to effectively manage client expectations and will be very organised with keen attention to detail.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
