Cook / Chef Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily food preparation and cooking duties
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• Work efficiently within a team and take initiative when required
• Support consistent service during busy periods

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to flexible hours
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a multicultural team
• Preferably based within a 30-minute drive of Kildavin
• Applicants must have a valid work visa or residency permit to work in Ireland
