You will be responsible for managing the canteen facility for the Company. The main duties will include planning and providing meals for staff, menu planning, budgeting, ordering, stock control and supervision of the catering staff.
The Role:
Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen to ensure a consistent reputation for food quality is always maintained.
Ensuring the planning, preperation and cooking of food is always to the higest standard.
To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company policies and procedures.
Ability to manage and complete required documentation to cover due diligence, ensuring HACCP records are up to date.
To promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment.
The Person:
Previous Experience working in a similar role
Experience working to HACCP policies and documentation
Flexible and adaptable approach
Good communication skills - written and verbal
The ability to demonstrate great team work skills
Basic Food Hygiene
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00a.m. - 4.30p.m. or 7.30a.m. - 4.00p.m. & working as part of a rota on Saturday mornings.
