We are currently recruiting for a Cook to join our team based at Moy Park - Dungannon This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.


Working Pattern:
  • 25 hours per week 
  • Monday to Friday
  • 4pm - 9pm

The Role: 
  • Plan and cost menu combinations and choices
  • Ensure food is prepared, cooked and displayed using the appropriate techniques and equipment in accordance with company standards on hygiene
  • Comply with Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations as documented in the company HACCP manual.
  • Comply with the Company & Moy Park Ltd Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
  • Supervise and organise the work of the Food Service Assistants and that all tasks carried out by staff are monitored and reviewed on a daily basis.
  • Induct and train new employees as per the company procedures
  • Ensure stock control and rotation, wastage control and utilisation of leftovers
  • Assist as requested the unit Manager with appropriate daily, weekly and monthly administration including any stock take activities so that financial results can be monitored.
  • Along with the unit Manager ensure IMS & Moy Park Ltd requirements are maintained and adhered to.
  • Ensure all HACCP and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures are effective and are being adhered to at all times.
  • Any other duties as directed by the Catering Manager, Area Manager & Catering Coordinator

The Person: 
  • Self-motivated, working independently and on own initiative to ensure set tasks completed 
  • Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.​​​​ 
  • Good time-management skills 
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.

  • Enthusiastic about our customer service and reputation. 
  • Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
