Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to support the Supply planning function by monitoring and reporting supply trends and requirements and actively reconciling these.

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Along with Senior Supply Planner - Analyse relevant supply chains for potential backorders.​
• Work closely with Supply Planners; Demand Planners and Customer Service to assist in providing information; in an effort to pursue minimum customer backorder​
• Manage supply through Purchase Order issue; adjustments; confirmations and ASN’s where necessary​
• Assist in management of global supply issues, and execution of stock allocations ​
• Monitor supply with a view to identifying potential issues and proactively work to resolve these effectively.​
• Other duties as assigned.

• Relevant Supply Chain Degree or APICS qualification required​
• Experienced in MS Office, advanced level MS Excel a distinct advantage​
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and to work under own initiative is required​
