Corporate Account Manager

Join us as a Corporate Account Manager
The Corporate account manager will be both field and office based, with a portfolio of clients. The position has a target based on up selling a suite of Three products and services to existing Three customers along with base retention. Account Managers will be tasked with minimising churn by developing relationships and loyalty to Three within their account base. The role carries a Revenue target, base retention and ICT/FWA margin sales targets.
What else it involves
- Constant practice and execution of World Class Account Management.
- Achievement of all relevant KPIs.
- Responsible for the delivery of all revenue & profitability targets.
- Deliver "best in class" customer satisfaction across account base.
- Understand the strategic business drivers & direction of our customers, to develop service solutions to support their future requirements.
- Identify & develop integrated solution opportunities.
- Develop a strategic sales plan for all accounts that support the achievement of all retention, revenue & incremental margin targets.
- Deepen and widen the key contact relationships within the account base.
- Develop & execute an event management plan for all strategic customers.
- Engage the full Partner ecosystem to ensure our Market position is well understood.
- Understand the future of communication & ICT solutions within the Enterprise segment and the impact of it.
- Demonstrate with customers an understanding of integrated communication networks & ICT services.
- Adherence to governance to ensure we create a commercially realistic & sustainable business.
- Support the Corporate sales team with all strategic problem solving.
Skills we're looking for
- Experience Corporate Account selling experience in a similar customer facing role within the Telecoms/ICT industry.
- Ability to clearly demonstrate where and how you have exceeded Budgets and targets.
- High Performance is the benchmark.
- Proven track record of Senior/Director level relationship management.
- Networking & technical skills (with broad telecom/ICT experience) desirable.
- Ability to build networks at all levels internally/externally, drive collaboration and develop cross functional cooperation.
- Previous experience in managing virtual teams & the ability to engage them successfully.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Commercial acumen with the ability to understand how we can exploit the revenue stream.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships at all levels internally and externally.
