Corporate Liaison Support Officer
Purpose of the role
The purpose of this post is to assist the Corporate Liaison Officer to process requests for access to information under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, Data Protection Acts or a Subject Access request, assist with the management of medical/legal claims, preparation for attendance at Inquests and assist in the general management of requests for information under the remit of Corporate Liaison.
Essential Criteria
- Leaving Cert or equivalent qualification within the QQI framework
- Experience in a hospital/healthcare setting
- 4-year experience in an administrative role, with at least 2 years grade IV level, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative to timelines and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to ensure timely engagement with relevant internal and external stakeholders
