Location: SVP House, 91-92 Sean McDermott Street, Dublin 1

Reports to: Head of Fundraising

Salary: Circa €65,000 per annum – Depending on Experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9.00am – 5.30pm)

Contract Type: Permanent, hybrid

About SVP

Saint Vincent de Paul (SVP) is a large, national voluntary organisation focused on alleviating poverty and exclusion. The Fundraising team works on a variety of income-generating activities to support SVP’s mission of social justice and a more caring society.

Role Overview

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will develop and manage corporate fundraising strategies, cultivating new and existing partnerships with businesses. You will drive income generation through the development of corporate partnerships, ensure excellent donor stewardship, and manage the application process for grants and foundations. The role involves a high level of autonomy and collaboration with the wider fundraising team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate fundraising strategies.
  • Lead corporate engagement and partnership development.
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate supporters, aiming to elevate them to charity partners of the year.
  • Proactively research and secure new corporate partnerships.
  • Coordinate grant applications and manage restricted fund tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Assist with annual appeals and fundraising events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate fundraising or business development in the charity/NFP sector.
  • Proven ability to manage high-level corporate relationships.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of GDPR legislation.
  • Third-level qualification in marketing, communications, or business (CII
  • Fundraising Diploma desirable).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
