Corporate Sales Executive
The Fleet Hotel is looking to recruit a Sales Executive that will work with the Senior Management team to nurture existing business relationships and to develop new relationships & business for the hotel.
- Perform day-to-day Sales activities to include appointments ,telephone calls, property site inspections and rate negotiation.
- Conduct an agreed target of face to face sales calls each week which will predominately be in the Dublin corporate market
- Build and maintain authentic client relationships – identify new prospects and manage existing accounts.
- Negotiate rates and confirm corporate room nights business into the hotel. To liaise with General Manager and Group Revenue Manager on rates to be offered and contracted.
- Drive sales pipeline to secure new business.
- To manage the hotel social media platforms.
- To conduct competitor analysis
- Achieve productivity and ensure targets are met on a weekly and monthly basis and report back on same to the hotel Manager.
- To have a good understanding of the market and be au fait of any trends that impact on market conditions and opportunity.
