OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This is an exciting and dynamic role at the heart of W5’s commercial strategy. As Corporate Sales Executive, you will drive the growth of our corporate experiences – including conferences, meetings, and bespoke events – helping to establish W5 as a leading destination for high-end corporate engagement. Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Creative, Food & Beverage and Experience teams, you will identify, convert, and manage client relationships while ensuring every guest receives the Best Experience Every Time (BEET).

Circa £26,000-£28,000 per annum dependent on experience

Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate, premium or B2B sales role, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets.
- Proven ability to initiate, build and maintain effective client and partner relationships at all levels.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office; comfortable using CRM systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
- Access to personal transport or the ability to attend off-site meetings.
- Experience in the events, tourism, hospitality or attractions sector.
- Knowledge of hybrid/virtual event platforms such as Zoom or Teams.
- Awareness of sustainability practices within event delivery.
- Qualification in Sales, Business, Tourism, Marketing or related discipline.
- CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
