A number of permanent vacancies currently exist within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-
Corporate & Support Services Officer (Level 1)
37 hours per week
Scale 4, SCP 9 - 13, currently £27,254 to £29,064 per annum.
Location: The location of the post will be in confirmed upon appointment.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This role sits within the newly created Corporate & Support Services Directorate, and you will be working in the functional area of Business Support.
You will be responsible for collaborating with our delivery teams to support delivery of the Council’s corporate functions and processes and support adherence to our policy and legislative duties. Your role will include ensuring processes are followed, deadlines are met, processing requests from officers across Council to meet their business needs.
Although initially allocated to one of the three functional areas the post holder will be expected to be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs and requirements of the organisation and duties and responsibilities may vary without changing the purpose of the job or level of responsibility.
