The ideal person will have/be:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Warranty Administration within a franchised dealer environment.
• Must have in depth knowledge of using Kerridge DMS.
• A good working knowledge of computer packages including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent people skills.
