Counter Assistant

O’Sullivans Pharmacy is recruiting a permanent, part-time over-the-counter assistant in our branch in Grange Cork.

This includes working shifts, 9 am to 6 pm and 1 pm to 9 pm.

• 3 days per week
• 24 hours per week including every second Saturday

Responsibilities Include:

• Contribute to the smooth running of the front of the shop (over-the-counter medicine/cosmetic sales and orders)
• Assist customers with queries, concerns, and purchases.

• Customer-focused, excellent customer service skills
• Capable of working in a busy environment
• Able to handle pressure
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills
• Approachable, friendly and professional
• Great initiative and strong work ethic
• Knowledge and experience of OTC medicines is preferable but not essential.
