What you will do

Reporting to Chief Creative Director, the Creative Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the Global Creative team. An ideal setting for someone beginning their career in creative operations and eager to learn how a high-performing in-house agency functions. You will assist with traffic management, project tracking, vendor coordination, and planning support across a variety of creative initiatives. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that plays a key part in helping the team deliver high-quality creative work on time. 

How will you do it

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Global Creative team; including multifunctional project coordination, scheduling, task-tracking, and documentation
  • Liaise with external vendors and freelancers for quotes, onboarding, and invoice tracking, supporting resource coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the Creative Operations team and wider Global Creative, such as calendar coordination, internal communications, and file organization
  • Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines
  • Mentor junior coordinators
  • Liaise with external vendors and freelancers for quotes, onboarding, and invoice tracking, supporting resource coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the Creative Operations team and Global Creative
  • Represent Global Creative professionally and diplomatically
  • Work according to team standards and operating procedures 
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Head of Creative Operations
  • Exploratory use of AI tools will be involved in this role

What we’re looking for:Required 

  • 2–4 years of experience in creative operations or project management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and improve systems
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a creative or marketing environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Self-motivated and invested in expanding knowledge
  • A team player with organizational skills to boot
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) platforms, marketing automation tools, and comfort with exploratory use of AI
  • Understands the importance of respecting, promoting, valuing, and integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion in a professional environment.

Preferred 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Familiarity with creative or marketing environments
  • Experience with creative technology stacks
  • Background in creative services or media production
