Credit Control, Subject Matter Expert

Base Location: Belfast or Dublin

Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 (or euro equivalent) + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Fixed Term Contract, 18 months | Full Time | Flexible working options available

What is the Role?

Project Redwing - Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:

  • Support project team in understanding the credit control processes and obligation
  • Support identification of various credit control processes that impact other departments and external stakeholders
  • Ensure new business processes are designed to meet regulatory obligations in respect of credit control
  • Ensure all elements of credit control are incorporated into the future CRM operating model
  • Ensure appropriate credit control reporting is developed during the project implementation to support ongoing credit control reporting and management

What do I need?

  • In-depth awareness of Company profile and understanding of business objectives
  • In-depth awareness of regulatory processes and obligations as they impact credit control such as codes of practices, guaranteed standards of service, vulnerable customers, consumer protection, disconnections, payment arrangements and complaints management.
  • Customer orientated
  • Business analysis, process documentation, system testing.
