We have the largest Salesforce in Ireland with over 90 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Within our company’s headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics.

Your Mission

We are seeking a Credit Controller to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day credit control function, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records, resolve account queries and contribute to healthy cash flow through consistent credit control practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve routine customer queries relating to invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate customer account records within the finance system
  • Support month-end activities, including reporting on aged debt

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a credit control, accounts receivable or finance administration role
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using ERP or accounting systems is desirable.

Salary: Salary commensurate with experience
