CRM Tester

Overview:

Ergo are seeking a CRM Tester for a long-term contract role in Wexford. The successful CRM Tester will join an existing team to implement testing scenarios and repeatable testing processes to verify systems functionality and dependability for a large user base. Candidates should have experience in Manual AND Automated Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Test Lead to maintain an effective software test process
  • Promote test automation best practices, standards, and processes
  • Provide test estimates (manual and automated) and timelines for assigned projects
  • Development of test plans
  • Executing Test Cases
  • Development and maintenance of automated tests
  • Implement automated integration tests
  • Writing Test Plans and Test Cases
  • Review test artefacts with test and development team members
  • Developing automated solutions to monitor production environments
  • Suggesting architecture improvements and recommending process improvements
  • Creation of test exit reports at the end of each testing phase

Desired Skills/ Experience:

  • 5 years in Senior Testing / QA roles
  • Significant manual testing and automated testing experience
  • Test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, Spec Flow etc.)
  • Knowledge of C#, Web Services, API’s, SQL, JavaScript and PowerShell languages is beneficial
  • Experience with API testing tools
  • Experience working in a continuous integration/ continuous deployment environment
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Professional certifications in testing (e.g. ISTQB) an advantage
