CSA Turnover Coordinator

Overview

The CSA Turnover Coordinator will play a key role in the successful completion and handover of Civil, Structural and Architectural works on a major pharmaceutical project in Athlone. Working closely with Construction, Quality and Commissioning teams, the role will ensure all CSA areas are completed, documented and handed over safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) scope, system boundaries and turnover requirements for assigned areas.
  • Manage CSA turnover activities including walkdowns, punch list management, documentation control and handover to commissioning and client teams.
  • Prepare and maintain Turnover Dossiers, ensuring all drawings, QA/QC records, certifications and handover documentation are complete.
  • Coordinate with CSA contractors to ensure works and documentation are delivered in line with turnover schedules.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and readiness reviews to verify construction progress, quality and completion status.
  • Lead and participate in walkdowns with contractors, commissioning teams and client representatives.
  • Manage punch lists, driving timely closeout of outstanding items to support project milestones.
  • Track and report turnover progress, highlighting risks, constraints and recovery actions.
  • Liaise with Construction, Quality, Commissioning and Planning teams to ensure a smooth and efficient handover process.
  • Escalate turnover issues, delays and documentation gaps to the Turnover Manager and support their resolution.

Qualifications

  • Degree, Diploma or trade qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience in CSA construction, turnover, completions, QA/QC or commissioning support on large-scale Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Industrial or Data Centre projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction quality processes, documentation management and handover requirements.
  • Experience managing punch lists, turnover documentation and completion systems.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
