Curriculum Manager With Engineering Hub Responsibilities

The postholder will play a dual role combining sectoral leadership (80%) and college curriculum management (20%).
As Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing Curriculum Hub Lead (80%), the postholder will lead the development, implementation, and management of the Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering Curriculum Hub on behalf of the Northern Ireland Further Education (FE) Sector. The purpose is to ensure that curriculum and workforce development in engineering and advanced manufacturing are aligned to the needs of industry , and Department for the Economy (DfE) objectives.
As Curriculum Manager within the Engineering, IT & Creative Industries Department (20%), the postholder will contribute to departmental planning, delivery, and quality enhancement within South West College. This includes teaching, curriculum review, mentoring of staff, and ensuring local delivery reflects sectoral innovation and best practice arising from the Hub’s work.
