Curriculum Manager With Engineering Hub Responsibilities

The Curriculum Manager will oversee the Engineering Curriculum Area one day per week, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, cost-effective, efficient, and legally compliant curriculum. This will be achieved within a culture that fosters innovation, recognises high performance, and celebrates success. The role contributes directly to the overall achievement, outcomes, and success of both the curriculum area and the College.
For four days per week, the Curriculum Manager will lead the strategic development, implementation, and management of the Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing HUB across the Northern Ireland Further Education Sector. This involves aligning engineering education and training with industry needs through targeted curriculum development, proactive stakeholder engagement, workforce development initiatives, event coordination, and ongoing evaluation to ensure continuous improvement and sector-wide impact.
