What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will:
  • Provide outstanding service to customers in every interaction.
  • Champion the Bank's Financial Wellbeing Programme for customers and staff.
  • Encourage the use of self-service, online, and B365 delivery channels.
  • Support Bank of Ireland's goal to be the top financial services provider locally.
  • Identify and refer new business opportunities, pursuing cross-sales to meet activity standards.
  • Participate in team sessions, mentor colleagues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about putting our customers first and is dedicated to delivering excellence. You will be self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic about customer service. If you have a curiosity about identifying sales leads and referrals, and have a proven track record in meeting regulatory and operational standards, then we want to hear from you. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and the ability to thrive in dynamic team!

QFA or APA Loans, Regulations, Savings & Investments.
