Reporting to the Customer Relationship & Value Management (CRVM) Senior Manager, the core function of the Customer Base Marketing Manager is to lead the development and implementation of CRVM base management contact strategy & commercial customer activation roadmaps aligned to overall brand, customer and commercial strategies & plans aligned to key business goals. Central to the role is the design and delivery of insight-led customer lifecycle base management strategies and communications, leveraging data, insights and technology to deliver personalised customer engagement plans, positive customer outcomes and a clear return on investment to effectively acquire, grow and retain our customer base for sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the CRVM Base Management Contact Strategy and capability roadmap aligned to overall customer, brand, marketing & commercial strategies.
- Responsible for the delivery of a full base Customer Lifecycle Contact Strategy working with Customer data, Business and CX teams to identify opportunities to connect brand, marketing, customer experience and business goals.
- Responsibility for maximising customer growth through effective cross sell, up sell and increased product penetration base strategies.
- Responsibility for delivering retention strategy and campaign activity to reduce customer churn across multiple product lines.
- Responsibility for managing and growing customer marketing consent levels across all below the line channels.
- Partner with sales and channel teams to prioritise and deliver a roadmap of base inbound and outbound customer campaigns leveraging opportunities to drive customer engagement and performance.
- Base effectiveness performance, reporting and implement campaigns best practices for delivery of KPIs.
- Develop cross functional working relationships and collaborative approach to business projects to ensure alignment with the commercial growth strategy.
Requirements:
- Educated to Marketing degree level or business related third level qualification.
- 3+ years Customer Base Management or Lifecycle Contact Strategy planning and campaign implementation.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume CRM, CVM or Base Management function, preferably within a management role.
- Excellent leadership, communication and Interpersonal skills to drive strategic agenda through effective decision making.
- Proven experience in the delivery of complex and multi-faceted base marketing programmes.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in marketing tools, software and analytics.
- Strong decision making, business acumen and project management skills.
This is a permanent role based inSt. Stephens Green, Dublin 2 (Hybrid option available within Republic of Ireland).
