About the Role
As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey, providing exceptional support and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.This role is about much more than answering calls and emails. You'll build strong relationships with customers, take ownership of enquiries, and work closely with colleagues, stores, and suppliers to deliver positive outcomes.We're looking for people with personality, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. If you're someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and delivering great service, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to customer, store, and supplier enquiries via telephone and email.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and complaints through to resolution.
- Building positive relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.
- Liaising with suppliers and colleagues to find effective solutions.
- Negotiating commercially with customers and suppliers when required.
- Arranging and confirming delivery dates with customers.
- Ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus with a passion for helping people.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
- Confidence in taking ownership of customer enquiries and seeing them through to resolution.
